A family home with multiple occupants and competing needs — the brief required a scheme that could accommodate active family life during the day and a quieter, more settled atmosphere by evening, all without constant manual adjustment.

The challenge at Tramway Parade was designing for range. The home needed to function as a kitchen table homework session, a dinner party, and a quiet Sunday morning — sometimes in the same space within hours of each other.
We built the scheme around a scene-based control system, with layered sources that could be dialled up or down independently. No single fixture does all the work. The flexibility is invisible to the family; what they notice is that the house always feels right.
